We want your order to arrive safely, lovingly packaged, and as quickly as possible. 💛
Here you will find all the important information about shipping costs, delivery time and packaging.

Shipping within Germany

💌 Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €70.

  • For orders under €70, we charge a small shipping fee of €4.90 .

The exact shipping costs will be automatically displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.

🚚 Shipping provider

We ship exclusively with Deutsche Post / DHL .
Your order will be carefully packaged, tracked, and delivered in a climate-neutral manner.
You will receive the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

⏳ Delivery times

Since we manufacture all products by hand , the production time is usually 2-3 working days .
After dispatch, delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days .

Overall, you can expect a total delivery time of approximately 4-7 working days .
During particularly busy periods (e.g. before holidays), it may occasionally take a little longer.

🌿 Packaging & Environment

♻️ Sustainable packaging

We primarily use recycled cardboard boxes, paper fillers and environmentally friendly tape .
We only use plastic packaging if it consists of reused materials from incoming deliveries.

💚 Climate-neutral shipping

All shipments are sent climate-neutrally via Deutsche Post GoGreen .
This offsets CO₂ emissions and supports sustainable projects.

✉️ Shipping methods at a glance

  • Standard shipping (Deutsche Post/DHL):
    For regular orders with shipment tracking.
    Delivery time 2–4 working days.

  • Small shipments / merchandise shipments:
    For small, lightweight items (e.g. mini candles, figurines).
    Shipped in flat packaging, delivery time 3–5 working days.

All shipments include basic tracking.
You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation.

🌸 Notes

  • Shipping is only available within Germany and the EU .

  • Shipping costs to EU countries are automatically calculated at checkout (depending on weight and country, approx. €9.90 – €14.90).

  • Orders over €70 are always shipped free of charge – regardless of the destination within the EU.
